The crowd was so loud, it’s hard to believe there were only 12 competitors.
They were all good, but one thing everyone could agree on was the set list.
A pair of doubles doubles and a three-set victory over the world number two was the highlight of the opening event.
The crowd erupted in joy as they reached the final set and were booed as they entered the arena.
When they finally broke through in the second set, the crowd got even louder and it was the final event of the day.
The second half of the night was dominated by a thrilling three-sets win for Germany, with the Germans leading 5-4 6-3.
Germany was the dominant force and even the American team was struggling.
At the end of the match, they were booing loudly.
It was an incredible night for Badmasset, but it was not the best way to celebrate.
Badminton has become synonymous with badmasonry.
